Exchange & Return Policy
At The Superior Tee, your satisfaction is our priority. We strive to ensure that you receive products of the highest quality. However, if there's an issue with the items you receive, we're here to help.
Returns
You can return an item in the following cases:
- The product delivered is defective.
- The item you received is different from what you ordered.
If you encounter either of these issues, please reach out to us within 3 days of delivery. Contact us via email at contact@thesuperiortee.com with your order number and a clear video showing the unboxing and the issue. We will guide you through the return process promptly.
Return Process:
- Email us at contact@thesuperiortee.com - Include your order number and a video of the product issue.
- We will review your return request and, upon approval, provide instructions for returning the item.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund or exchange as applicable.
Please note:
- Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
- Products must be returned in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
- Returns are not applicable simply due to dissatisfaction with the product. Please review the product descriptions and sizing guide carefully before making your purchase.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:
- Custom orders (e.g., personalized items)

Exchanges
We facilitate exchanges for a different size, color, or product. Please request an exchange within 3 days of delivery by contacting us at contact@thesuperiortee.com with your order number and desired exchange details. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
Exchange Process:
- Email us your exchange request with the order number and desired item.
- We will guide you through the exchange steps and arrange for a free doorstep pickup once approved.
- Upon receipt and inspection of the original product, we will dispatch the exchange item.
Please note:
- For orders having more than 2 items, we charge Rs.150 per T-shirt as Shipment Fee. Only the shipment fee!
Cancellations
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, the order moves into processing and cannot be cancelled. If the order is already in transit, we recommend rejecting the delivery if you do not wish to keep the product.
Cancellation Process:
- Email us within 24 hours of placing your order at contact@thesuperiortee.com with your order number.
- If the cancellation is confirmed, we will process your refund, which may take up to 15 business days to reflect in your account.
Refunds
Refunds are processed upon successful return and inspection of the returned item after deducting Return-Shipment Fee. If the refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within 15 business days. Please note, processing times may vary by banking institution.
